Born in Maine but have been in the Seattle, WA area for the past 12 years. Originally I came out to work with captive wolves at Wolf Haven International in Tenino before ending up working in QA for Nintendo of America for a year. Because the work was contractual, I had a mandatory break period and found myself falling into the realm of social services, specifically working with homeless populations in Seattle's downtown area for the past eight years. During that time I've mostly been a supervisor/manager of case management staff or counselors working in permanent supportive housing or low-barrier shelters on 3rd ave. Amy Hennig and Tim Cain have had a huge influence on my writing aspirations, and their work on Soul Reaver, Uncharted, Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines, and Fallout will always be aspirational.
